Founded by Johnny Vo, whose background in hospitality and people-first industries shaped a deep understanding of human connection, WWL was born from one simple conviction: the right environment can change everything.

Johnny didn’t come to this work through personal recovery—but he’s lived close to it his entire life. He grew up surrounded by addiction, homelessness, and the quiet ache of broken neighborhoods. After finding faith as an adult, his calling became clear: create a home—not a facility—where structure is strong, faith is gently encouraged, and every man is reminded he was made for more.
